2. If you were to act this play out on stage which character would you choose to be? Why?
Answer
I would choose to be Helena because I like how she fights for what she wants. Even after Demetrius told her all those horrible things about her and told her to stop following him she never did stop because she knew that one of these days he will fall back in love with her. Helena never gave up she fought and fought till Demetrius fell back in love with her and not Hermia. I also like that fact that she never took no for an answer that was brave of her part.
3. What was you favorite Act/Scene? Why?
Answer
My favorite act was act 3 scene 2 when both Lysander and Demetrius fall in love with Helena because their under the love spell and Helena does not believe them one bit. I like this scene because finally when Demetrius tells Helena that he loves her she does not believe him. She thinks their both messing around with her head. Then Hermia and Helena get all confused and do not know what on the world is going on with Lysander and Demetrius.
4.Who was you least favorite Character? Why?
Answer
My least favorite Character is Demetrius because I do not like how he treated Helena . He treated her like a dog. Their was no need to be that rude to her. He could had told her nicely that he did not have any feelings for her. What I REALLY did not like was that he then after dating Helena he started liking her best friend Hermia now that is disrespectful. You don's go off and start liking her best friend. Even with Hermia he did not care about her feelings he just cared about what her dad Egues had to say as long as he said they are going to get married Demetruis did not care one bit because he loved her he did not care if she loved him back.

A Midsummer Night's Dream Act 5
In this act it is finally the day of Thesues and Hippolyta's wedding. Remember that Thesues had this great idea for all of them to get married on the same day. When Thesues and Hippolyta arrive at their wedding celebration. They are warned that the play is going to be horrible. Hippolyta does feel bad for these man who are doing the play because she feels that they are about the make themselves look not so good on stage. The actors got out of charter a lot during the play especially Bottom which surprised me because he wanted to outshine himself in the play by being the best actor their but a great actor does not go and talk to somebody else while he or she is performing. At the end Puck tells everybody that it was all just a big dream.

A Midsummer Night's Dream Act 4
ACT 4 SCENE 1
Titania is making all of her fairies do whatever Bottom wants them to do. Bottom is just using Titania so that he can get all he wants and he thinks he is in charge. Later on while the fairies go with Bottom Titania then goes to sleep. While Titania is sleeping Oberon decides to give Titania the juice which we changes things back to normal for Titania because Oberon felt bad for that she had fallen in love with a donkeys but. The later on Titania wakes up thinking everything was a whole big dream. After Titania wakes up Oberon tells puck to change Bottoms head to his regular, normal head.Hippolyta and Theseus then come along and see Hermia, Helena , Lysander, and Demetrius sleeping on the floor. Then they finally wake up and Demetrius realizes that he is in love with Helena and not Hermia. Helena got very excited that she got her Demetrius back. Lysander the tells Theseus the plan that Hermia and him had made to run away. Theseus did get mad but then he came up with this great idea that they should all get married on the same day with him and Hippolyta. They thought the idea was great.

They did not know what they were going to do without their main actor. Finally Bottom comes in and gets everything back on track with the play. The actors felt relieved that Bottom should up. They were almost going to cancel the whole play if he did not show up.

A Midsummer Night's Dream Act 3
SCENE 1 ACT 3
This scene takes place in the forest. Quince, Flute, Starveling, Bottom and Snug are rehearsing for the play they will be doing at Theseus wedding. Bottom of course making a lot of changes to the play which changes the play completely. While they are rehearsing the actors decide to take out all the violence in the play so that the women will not get scared and leave. Later on robin take a spell and turns Bottoms head into the head of an donkey. Bottom not knowing that he has a head of a donkey scares everybody of. Titania who is still sleeping and has the love spell on her finally wakes up and the first leaving creature she happens to see is Bottom and Titania falls madly in love with him. The Titania send her fairies to take good care of him and Bottom is just going with the flow.

Lysander is still following Helena around the forest because he loves her because of the love spell. Helena just thinks that he is making fun of her. When Hermia finally finds Lysander she asks why did he leave her. He responded because I hate you and I love Hermia . Helena could not belive they will go this far just to make her feel hourble about herself. Hermia could not believe that the guys who loved her so much are now madley in love with her x best friend.
Hermia then starts acussing Helena for steling her mans heart. Then Hermia and Helena get into a virval fight and start talking bad about eachother. When Oberon finds out that Robin puts the love potion on the wrong person he gets really angry. The gives him a potion that will cure that. The later on while Lysander is asleep Robin puts the cure potion on his eyelids so then when he wakes up he will fall back in love with Hermia and not Helena.

A Midsummer's Night Dream Act 2
ACT 2 SCENE 1
In this scene we are introduced to Titania and Oberon. Titania is the queen of fairies. Oberon is the king of fairies. In this scene Oberon and Titania fight over the prince that Titania has captured. Titania wants to raise him but Oberon wants to have him as his knight. Then later on Oberon and Robin have a talk. Oberon tells Robin that he wants him to get this flower. Its not just any other flower that we can find this flower has a powerful juice and who ever touches this juice in any sort of way will fall in love with the first person or creature that they see. Oberon wants to put this flower on on Titania eyelids while she is sleeping so she can fall in love with the first person or creature she sees. Later on Robin comes back with flower. Oberon tells him to put some of this juice on Demetrius so that he can fall in live with Helena.
ACT 2 SCENE 2
As soon as Titania falls asleep Oberon puts the juice on her eyelids. Then Lysander and Hermia are going to sleep and while they are sleeping Robin us looking for Demetrius. Once Robin sees Lysander who he thinks is Demetrius he puts the juice on his eyelids by a total mistake thinking that it was Lysander. Later on Demetrius and Helena come in to t he forest trying to look for Hermia and Lysander but Helena is just following Demetrius. Demetrius then leaves Helena alone in the forest. While Helena is sitting their looking for Demetrius and founds herself with Lysander then wakes up and falls in love with Helena since he had that spell on. When Lysander is telling Helena that he loves her not Hermia Helena does not believe him that is how low her self-esteem is. The Helena leaves and Lysander goes running to find her. While Hermia is waken up she fins out that Lysander is gone she does not know were he is she is trying to figure out were he could had gone.

Summary of act one in A Midsummer Night's Dream
Act one I thought was was really good it had comedy, drama romance and a bunch of more things that I love in a play. Act one scene one we learned that Theseus and Hippolyta are getting married in four days we also learned about Hermia, Lysander and Demetrius. We learn that Theseus is making Hermia his daughter marry a guy that she does not love which is Demetrius but Demetruis has strong feelings for her. Hermia is in love with Lysander but her father does not want her to marry him because Theseus likes Demetruis better then Lysander. If Hermia does not marry Demetruis like her father asks her to do she will either be executed or become a nun which means she can not marry any guy. Then Hermia and Lysander make a plan to escape far away were her father Theseus can find them. When they escape they are plaing on marrying each other. Later on a women named Helena comes into the story she is obessed with Demtruis she loves him so much she will do anything for him. Helena WAS Hermia's best friend till Helena found out that Demetruis loved Hermia and not Helena. Before Helena and Demetrius use to go out but then Demetruis meet Hermia. Hermia and Lysander decide to tell Helena about their plan to escape. Then Helena decides to tell Demetruis about the plan because that way she thinks he will love her back.
ACT ONE SCENE TWO
In this scene we are introduced to Peter Quince, Nick Bottom, Snug, Francis Flute, Tom Snout and Robin Starveling. In this Scene these guys are talking about what part they got to play for the play they will be doing for Theseus play. In this play Quince is announcing everybody's part in the play. Bottom wants to be everybody in the play but he can not be he will be playing the part of Pyramus. Snug is going to be playing the part of a lion. Flute will be playing the part of Thisbe. Snout will be playing the part of pyramus's father. Starveling will be playing the part of Thisbe mother. Know that everybody has got a part besides Quince because he will be setting the whole thing up he is like the director of this play they will start rehearsing for the play.

A Midsummer Night's Dream
Hey guys welcome to my blog once again. I think that a midsummer's night dream is a really good book so far. Act one scene one was really good. My favorite part of the book has to be when Hermia and Lysander made that plan to escape. Also I am looking forward to see what is going to happen tomorrow when Helena tells Demetrius about Hermia and Lysander's escape. I wonder what he is going to do about the situation. The good thing is that the book also has the modern text which is easier for us to see what they are talking about well that's all i got to say for know bye.
